Project Name: Stepping Into Your Future

The project at Aramark focused on women and older workers. 66% of their workforce are women and 44% of their workforce are over 50. However, Aramark had identified that these numbers were not reflected in promoted posts. Following discussion with their workforce, a suite of workshops were delivered to provide these groups of staff with the skills and improved confidence to support them to apply for promoted posts.
